Terms and Conditions
Choc-a-lot holds full Public Liability Insurance, a copy of our insurance policy can be provided upon request.
Our chocolate fountain can be either hired as just the chocolate fountain only or with your choice of dips. You are not permitted to mix your own dips with dips provided as this is for insurance and product traceability reasons. Any chocolate left over at the end of your event will be placed into plastic containers for you to enjoy at your leisure.
Our chocolate fountain will be delivered and set up by us on a date and time specified by you. Once the chocolate fountain is in location then the chocolate fountain cannot be moved by anyone other than Choc-a-lot.
Placing an order with Choc-a-lot confirms that you have read, agreed and understood these terms and conditions. No alterations to these terms and conditions can be made unless agreed to in writing.
Choc-a-lot reserves the right to remove our chocolate fountain from any event before the end of the hire period if we deem that the chocolate fountain is in danger of damage or we are faced with abusive or threatening behaviour.
All bookings will be confirmed in writing and be guaranteed once the relevant payment has been made.
Booking Process and Payment
If your booking is more than 6 weeks away, then we require a £20 non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. We will then require full payment no later than 6 weeks to your event taking place. If your booking is less than 6 weeks away then we require full payment.
No delivery will be made without full payment.
Choc-a-lot will treat any personal information you provide in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 1998, any information you supply will only be used to contact you in connection with services provided and to respond to any requests you have made to provide the requested information
